Welcome to InfluenceVR. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and InfluenceVR ("InfluenceVR," "we," “us,” or “our”), a platform operated by Elevate Your Life Business Solutions LLC, and govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, platform, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, visiting the platform, downloading the app, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Who Can Use InfluenceVR

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum digital consent age required in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

Creator & Brand Accounts
Some features are only available to approved creator or brand accounts. We may approve, deny, limit, or revoke creator or brand status at our discretion.

Your Responsibilities
You may need an account to use certain features. You agree to:
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Keep your login credentials secure

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it.
Account Types
Creator Accounts — For VR creators, streamers, performers, hosts, builders, and brands who want to be discoverable and share content.
General User Accounts — For community participation, Feed interaction, Lounge discussions, events, creator discovery, and platform engagement.
General users may have limited posting, upload, or visibility features compared to creator accounts.
Push Notifications
If you enable push notifications, you may receive notifications related to the following. You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

How We Update
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above and may provide additional notice where required by law.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted means you accept the changes. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

Creator Profiles
Creator profiles and discovery tools to help users find and follow their favorite VR creators.
Livestreams & Clips
Embedded livestreams and video clips, Feed content, and creator updates in real time.
The Lounge
Community discussions, events, featured worlds, and creator announcements in a social space.
IVR TV
IVR TV programming and media features for curated platform content and entertainment.
Promotional Features
Promotional placements, creator support features, and visibility tools designed to help creators expand their reach on the platform.

InfluenceVR is not a bank, broker, employer, or talent agency. We do not guarantee views, engagement, income, collaborations, sponsorships, or results for any creator or user. Nothing on the Service is professional advice — content is for informational and entertainment purposes only.
Section 5
Your Content and License to Us
"Content" means any material you or others submit, upload, embed, link, or otherwise make available on or through the Service, including text, images, audio, video, livestreams, links, profiles, usernames, discussions, and comments.
5.1 — Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the Content you share and for any consequences of posting or sharing it. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents needed to upload or share the Content and to grant the licenses below.
5.2 — License to InfluenceVR
By submitting, posting, or displaying Content on or through the Service, you grant InfluenceVR a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, host, copy, store, adapt, modify, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, and create derivative works from your Content, and to promote, market, and operate the Service. This license lasts for as long as your Content is on the Service and for a reasonable period afterward for backup, archival, and lawful business purposes.
5.3 — Public Nature of Content
Some Content on InfluenceVR is public and can be viewed by others, including people who are not logged in. Do not share confidential or sensitive information through public parts of the Service.
5.4 — Removal of Content
You can remove your Content where product features allow. We may keep copies for backup, legal, or operational purposes where permitted by law. We may remove, restrict, or refuse to display any Content at our discretion for any reason, including violation of these Terms, moderation review, or platform safety concerns. We may also limit posting access, creator permissions, or visibility privileges based on account type or platform policy.

Promotional Features & Creator Support
InfluenceVR may offer promotional placements, creator support features, featured visibility options, and other optional platform services.
6.1 Nature of Promotional Balances
Promotional balances are limited, non-transferable, non-refundable balances used to access optional platform features and services. Promotional balances are used only within InfluenceVR for platform-related services and have no value outside the platform. Promotional balances cannot be transferred or redeemed outside the platform.
6.2 Purchases & Billing
Prices, available packages, and billing intervals will be displayed at the time of purchase. ByBy purchasing promotional features or platform services, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method. Except where required by law, all payments are final and non-refundable. Purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play may also be subject to their billing terms and refund policies.
6.3 Creator Support Features
When you use promotional balances or creator support features on the platform, you acknowledge that these interactions are voluntary and generally non-refundable. InfluenceVR is not a party to separate financial arrangements between users.
6.4 Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue promotional features or pricing at any time, including promotional balances or visibility features. Review any separate promotional feature policies (if provided) for more detailed rules. If there is a conflict, that policy will control for promotional-specific topics.

All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.
